Ascale continues its process of growth and industrial transformation with a key new addition to its plant: a state-of-the-art kiln that will increase production capacity by more than 50% and reinforce the company’s commitment to large formats and efficiency.
In a recent interview published by El Periódico del Azulejo, Nacho Llorca, Head of Production at ASCALE, shares the importance of this investment, not only on a technical level, but also strategically.
Technology, efficiency, and long-term vision
“The new oven not only means more volume, but also higher quality, greater control, and more possibilities,” says Nacho Llorca in the interview. This new infrastructure will allow ASCALE to work with greater format versatility, optimizing processes and further raising quality standards.
Furthermore, the investment is in line with the objectives of the Pamesa Group, to which ASCALE belongs, which is committed to technological innovation as a driver of competitiveness and development.
A better prepared, more agile, more efficient plant
Beyond capacity, the new line reinforces the brand’s commitment to energy efficiency, automation, and industrial sustainability. “It’s a transformation that will be noticeable not only in figures, but in everything we can offer our customers,” says Llorca.
With this new infrastructure, ASCALE consolidates its evolution towards more advanced, efficient production that is connected to the demands of the present and the future.
