On Monday 27th, Ascale had the privilege of taking part in a unique experience in the heart of L’Albufera de Valencia. There, among rice fields, smoke and good conversation, a new edition of Clandestinos was held, the gastronomic event organised by Molino Roca that turns the art of rice into a true celebration of life.
From the very beginning, the atmosphere was filled with anticipation and aromas. More than fifty chefs from different corners of the country prepared their paellas at the same time, creating a symphony of fire, wood and flavour that enveloped the landscape. The energy was contagious: chefs, producers, friends and curious onlookers shared smiles, stories and toasts under the open sky of the Albufera.
Ascale was there, enjoying every detail, chatting with the protagonists and being inspired by the passion that unites those who understand cooking as a way of creating and connecting. Between the glistening rice, the music and the golden reflection of the sunset on the water, the day became a reminder of what really matters: the experiences that make us feel part of something bigger.
