One of our most emblematic projects features Crotone Pulpis in a ventilated façade that combines design, efficiency, and durability. Sourced from the Santa Magdalena de Pulpis quarry in Castellón (Spain), Crotone Pulpis stands out for its brown tone, fine veining, and golden reflections. Its rich color variations allow it to adapt to both classic and contemporary settings, making it a benchmark material in luxury retail spaces and high-end international projects in the hospitality, commercial, and corporate sectors.
This ventilated façade provides excellent thermal protection. The combination of the insulation layer and the ventilation cavity ensures an optimal indoor climate: in winter, it keeps out the cold, and in summer, it reflects solar radiation and expels heat. The adjustable substructure allows for increased insulation thickness, making it possible to meet any energy efficiency standard.
It also protects against moisture. The rear ventilation helps eliminate humidity and keeps the structure dry, while the resistant surface remains intact under adverse weather conditions, ensuring the performance of the insulating system.
The lifespan of the façade is extended thanks to constant airflow within the cavity, which keeps the cladding dry and reduces structural movements, preventing cracks and fissures caused by sudden temperature changes.
In addition, the system significantly improves acoustic insulation. The decoupled cladding and base wall, combined with open-pore insulation, provide effective sound absorption and noticeably reduce external noise, enhancing indoor comfort.
This type of construction increases the value of the property, both in new builds and renovation projects, thanks to its technical performance, energy efficiency, and exclusive aesthetics.

Ceramic, porcelain, glass, and natural stone coverings are ideal for their durability and ease of cleaning.
Consider materials such as quartz, granite, or marble, which offer resistance, durability, and an elegant aesthetic finish.
They are more affordable, lighter, easier to install and maintain, with a very similar appearance to natural marble.
